In Turkey there are approximately 10 million kidney patients . Nearly, 22 thousand of them are in crucial state and they need organ transplant as soon as possible . In current system, there is a list of people who are waiting for a new kidney to be transplanted. If a new kidney comes from a cadaver or a donor, the person who is at the top of the list among those who are compatible with the new kidney gets the kidney and getting rid of their disease. However, this system is so slow and not enough to save lives of all the patients. Every year, thousands of patients die because a compatible kidney for them cannot be found .​

       XNAS will be an additional system besides currently active kidney queue list and aims to reduce waiting time of patients in the list. It gets kidneys from donors who are relatives of the patients. XNAS will scan all the relatives and will try to find matches.
